Planning session - I'll bring my books, knowledge, ideas, and listening ears so we can come up with nourishing postpartum food options that suit you. We can meet in your home or in a cafe/library etc.
 
I prepare the shopping list and do all the food shopping
 
I take care of containers needed for storage
 
Lovingly prepare food in my kitchen and drop off to you. Includes the same nourishing snacks, nutrient dense meals that feel like a warm hug in your postpartum days, broths to have on hand for warm, post-birth electrolyte drinks, or handily available to add to a lunch (noodles, pasta, etc).
 
Snacks, lunches, dinners, complete with ingredient lists and cooking instructions
