Planning session - I'll bring my books, knowledge, ideas, and listening ears so we can come up with nourishing postpartum food options that suit you. We can meet in your home or in a cafe/library etc.
 
I prepare the shopping list and do all the food shopping
 
I take care of containers needed for storage
 
I'll come to your home, get you comfortable, and bring you a nourishing snack while you chill. I will spend a couple of hours cooking up magic and storing it for you. 
 
I can also organise your pantry, fridge and freezer so it's simple and easy for you to grab what you need
